Vinification and Maturation: 72 hours cold extraction followed by 21 days maceration. Matured for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. 

Tasting Notes: Dark ruby colour, ripe red and black fruits with notes of black, white pepper and vanilla. On the palate is rich, complex and full bodied.
