Vineyard: Οwned , Altitude: 750m, Planted: 2005
Vinification and Maturation: Classic white wine fermentation. Maturation for 4 months on the lees in oak casks.
Tasting Notes: Gold with greenish highlights, pleasant and vivid aromas of mature lemon, peach and honeycomb. On the palate it is rich and fruity with crisp acidity and notes of minerality.
Food pairing suggestions: Fish, white meats, pastas, salads and yellow cheeses.
Ideal Serving Temperature: 8-10 ⁰C.
