Vineyard: Οwned, Altitude: 750m, Planted: 2005
Vinification and Maturation: Classic white wine fermentation which stopped at the desired sweetness level and maturation for 4 months on the lees in stainless steel vats.
Tasting Notes: Pale lemon with white hues, pleasant and vivid aromas of white flowers, pineapple and banana. On the palate it is rich and fruity, balancing the acidity with the sweetness.
Food pairing suggestions: Seafood, pastas with cheese, salads and light cheeses. Asian specialities match well.
Ideal Serving Temperature: 8-10 ⁰C.
